"I’m not sure if it’s because of the location but I came in to make an EXCHANGE for the exact same pair of pants I had just bought 2 days prior and was very RUDELY denied. I failed to notice the rip in the seam on the butt because of the fabric it was made of; went to put it on and noticed it. I had already taken the tag off so this was why I was denied. What a joke. Never shopping here again."

"If I could give a minus 5 I would. The clothes are visibly, poorly designed and constructed. I went into the store to find a dress that looked nice online. I bought it without trying it on and then it took me 8 days to find the receipt for a return. Store policy allows 7 days for return. The cashier then tells me that I am lucky that it's still full priced because at that point you are limited to store credit at its current price even with a receipt. They are not in danger of me shopping there again..."
