"Their food is good but I don’t like that the system would say deliver and yet we don’t have the food. I get it that they may have a lot of Deliveries but that’s why you hire more Drivers. It’s been an hour since it said deliver and still nothing. We call and they don’t even know when the driver would be here. This inconsiderate behavior should be acknowledged."
"I have to admit that the pizza was hot and tasty, however, my wings were not the best. I only got one wing top (the one that looks like a drumstick and everyone likes) the rest were the other part. This has never EVER happened anywhere!!! It was only one order of wings for myself. I will never order from them again because this should’ve never happened. It should have been equal. Sorry, but yes!"
"The pizza took an hour and a 1/2 so it came in a soggy cardboard box. I had to transfer it to a plate so that it didn't taste like cardboard when I reheat it! The manager would not give any instruction for a tracker that read the pizza was delivered 45 minutes ago. Horrible service and horrible explanation. It's not fair that you can't choose the store you want to order from."
