"When I walked in no one greeted me, in fact when I walked in they were all having a conversation laughing and smiling so one girl seen me and took her time coming to the window so I told her my name and she didn’t say anything she walked away to where there was another order she looked and seen it wasn’t mine. She went over the oven and said to me it’s coming out now, I said okay thank you so then began to finish the conversation the rest of them were having it’s now time for the pizzas to come out she takes them out still having the conversation I see her flipping really hard to get the pizzas out of the pan now it’s time for her to cut the pizzas and when I got home you can tell she was talking the whole time cutting the pizza with cheese on the side from her flipping the pizza out of the pan so hard, but all because they were all talking instead of realizing I was standing there. When it was time for her to give me my pizzas I basically had to reach behind the window she sat them down and walked away to talk with another employee. I left saying out loud how rude hope you all have a great night! I did not like the service of pizza at all"

"On far to many occasions I’ve had my order delivered late and destroyed. I’ve tried calling but no one picks up. And after reviewing others experiencing the same thing it is clear to see that it is an issue that that needs to be brought up to corporate. Either they send someone to do a more thorough investigation or remove the store entirely. Very disappointed."

"They are manipulating the online tracker, marking it as delivered before the driver even leaves the store with your order. Expect your order 1hr late and cold. Lady on the phone is rude and hangs up mid-sentence. This location needs new management, very poor service."

"Y’all always forget the sauces as if y’all never have any, even if I put extra hoping y’all send one at least and nothing still. Which messes with the order because it doesn’t taste the way it would if I had the sauce , making it less satisfying. Disappointing literally the worst Dominos the pizza always looks overly oily and has a weird taste to it Paterson Dominos needs better management, I’d rather drive out to Haledon(anywhere else really)."
