"Honesty, Integrity & Reliability. From my perspective, P.C. Richard & Son scores a 5/5 on all three of those values. I am sincerely impressed by their client-friendly way of doing business. When I reported that problems with the installation of my dishwasher were causing the appliance to leak, P.C. Richard immediately took responsibility, apologized, and remedied the situation with a full credit of my original purchase price. (I did include photographs of the poor installation as proof that my claim had merit.) P.C. Richard didn't try to deny my claim; they didn't shy away from responsibility. Instead, they lived up to their values and did the right thing. And all of this took place within a two-hour period! I want to point out that Winsome Copeland was particularly helpful. I could not have asked for more responsive, caring service. Way to go, P.C. Richard. You now have a lifelong loyal customer. Thank you!"
