Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Chipotle Mexican Grill Absolutely terrible, simply unbearable. The cleanliness of the place was appalling; it was 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and over three-quarters of the items were already gone. The staff seemed more engrossed in their phones than in refilling the empty or stale food options. I ended up settling for the only remaining option – the shredded meat – as I had no time to wait for the restocking. The restaurant was in disarray – no napkins were available, and I had to go to the bathroom just to get one to clean my hands and mouth. Garbage cans were overflowing, creating an unsightly and unhygienic environment. The staff's preoccupation with social media was ridiculous; it felt as if the place should be shut down by the health department. A lady behind me voiced her complaints to the manager about the lack of fresh food, echoing the sentiments of other customers. Finally, they started replenishing the stock, but it was too little, too late. The whole experience was a waste of $16. In the future, I'll make a point to bring food from home – I work too hard to squander money on such a subpar dining experience"

"This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I asked for a burrito and they didn’t have tortillas. Got a bowl and asked for the fajita veggies and they also didn’t have them. The fresh tomatoes salsa was just cut up tomatoes. No onions or cilantro …I then proceeded to buy 2 soft drinks when I got to fill the drinks all the sodas were water … how are you going to sell me 2 soft drinks knowing that the machines don’t have soda in them ??? This place is disgusting. It’s dirty and the workers treat this place like a hangout and not a job. Pure laziness. Disgusting."

"This management has no TIME MANAGEMENT or you guys are severely understaffed with mobile orders. This should be a corporate issue given the number of cancellations I see as I’m waiting over 35 minutes for 1 bowl. They don’t have the means of meeting the demand and that inconveniences every paying customer and food delivery person. Do better guys."

"Well, my order was a chicken salad and they give me something different whith tortilla so I ask for my salad and the girls just give me a bunch of letter she is so ridiculous and that's Not only that, she started laughing at me. I really don't like problems, I just told him that it really had an omelet. But she didn't care. what a shame nice place but bad service"
