Pandora Diner

"We were there this past Saturday 1/27 for brunch/lunch. We had wanted to try it a few weeks ago for Dinner but were offput by the person answering the phone who was a bit rude and also unwilling to give us even an estimate of wait time. If you can give it to people at the door, you can give it over the phone (You can OVER estimate a few minutes via phone if you're worried, and/or just like you did when we came in THIS time, you can add the disclaimer that it may change based on walk-ins, etc). I understand it's popular and gets busy. Despite this, we decided to try it this time. Once again we got some less than warm treatment from the hostess who, as my wife said, threw the menus down at our table and walked off. I would DEFINITELY train the staff working phones, greeting and seating customers to have a warmer more welcoming attitude. So things were off to a rocky start, and my wife was regretting we came here, BUT, our waitress Tanisha QUICKLY turned it around with her welcoming, VERY informative, helpful and cheery service. She made the experience awesome and so we would definitely ask for her again. Exemplary waitress! The food was REALLY good, with generous portions for the pricing, even for the kids meals. Good value! I can see why the place is popular. The look of the space is fine, I only deduct a star from atmosphere because of our phone and seating experience, but othewise the food and service was great. Hope to be back again soon."

"Great staple diner that seems like a local destination spot. The service was incredible and super attentive. The food was fantastic (and the cream chipped beef was incredibly nostalgic for me but also really well done) My wife loved the waffle with strawberries and even smothered in fruit none of it was soggy or mushy."

"Been in so many restaurants internationally and this is one of the Best restaurants. From your soup included on pretty much every plate (including the burgers and sandwiches), your bread basket was another 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, The atmosphere was amazing! I will definitely come back again!"

"Another better than average diner. Doing a diner really can lead you astray, but Pandora is better than average. My House salad was fresh. The “Sisters Special” had good seafood but the stuffing wasn’t anything to write home about. For simple yet tasty fare, get the baked potato. Waffle fries are a good touch to the chicken caprese. And adding a few more veggies to your order is fine. You could do worse going here."
