"My first visit two days ago. I’m particular about omelettes; I find many places overcook the eggs. Theirs was exceptional. I’m looking forward to next time!"

"Had a lovely Sunday brunch here. It was actually our second attempt dining at Giovanna's as the wait was too long the first time. This time, with some rain in the forecast there was less of a wait and if we had been willing to sit outside there would have been none at all. It was too muggy outside for us but for those who want to brunch with their dogs, there were plenty of well behaved pooches enjoying the al fresco service. Both our omelettes were delicious and coffee refills were prompt and service was very efficient. Sitting at the counter like we did, we had a front row seat to the hustle and bustle - wow those servers were working hard! The restaurant was fairly loud so not particularly great for conversation if you have any hearing challenges. Lots of tempting dishes and multiple good options for vegetarians. Would be happy to go back and try something else. The waffles looked ready for a photo shoot. One small recommendation would be hooks under the counter for diners' purses or jackets, that would have helped me situate myself better."

"One of the best and most delicious breakfast/brunch/lunch spots around! So well run, with an attentive and prompt staff that does not skimp on the friendly accommodating attitude. Every time I am about to go, I get giddy with excitement because I know that everything will be satisfactory. Food is always prepared to the guest's liking and is always served hot (or at the proper temperature) and fresh. And their specials... my word. I was lucky to be able to enjoy a cheesesteak that came with THE BEST onion rings (they even go through the extra prep time of bathing them in ice cold water overnight, so that the onion doesn't slide out of the batter). Go here and you will not be disappointed!"

"We stopped in to Giovanna's Cafe on our trip to New England for breakfast after searching Google for a nice place to stop. Giovanna's was about a mile off the road where we were traveling, but it was worth the stop. There is limited street parking in front of the restaurant, but we didn't have a problem finding a spot. There are a lot of normal breakfast items on the menu, (eggs, omelets, fruits, pancakes, and sandwiches) and they have some unique items as well (fritattas and yogurt cocktails). They make their own berry butter which was very good and we were told some people come in just for that butter. I had the Live It Up Omelet and it was very good. Others in our party also had great meals. There appears to be a take out area at the back of the restaurant and there was cakes available for purchase at the front. I recommend stopping into Giovanna's Cafe if you are in the area and want a great breakfast that is different than a typical diner-type experience."

"Great cafe! Egg white omelet was wonderful - lots of veggies. The Special Omelet had sausage and peppers, yum! Home fries are truly homemade and well-seasoned. Top it off with a pumpkin latte - best I've ever had! Crispy bacon cooked just right. Thanks, Jesse, for impeccable service. And thanks to Stephen, the host, he was so welcoming."
