"I went to this place because I was having issue with my APU every time I go there they tell me a part needs to be replaced, I pay them to replace it within couple days I start having the same issue again. I have at least 4 parts replaced as per their recommendation but yet the issue has yet to be resolved. Now after 5 five parts replaced and the issue still persisting they telling me , they are under staff and can’t give me an appointment. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go elsewhere and do your research."

"Worst experience ever as a paying customer. My unit displayed a code 26, refrigerant low. Unit is a Thermo King 880R. I drove in the repair shop at 9:30 am and spoke with service representative at counter about why I was there. He to me to wait for a bit. They will definitely get to me to do a top off on my refrigerant. Then at 11:30, he told me they can’t do it today. How is this service? A total waste of time."

"This location is not equipped to handle otr tractor trailers. There is no room on property to even turn around. I had to double park on one lane of two lane road. As a Thermo King dealer it should be required by corporate to have enough room for over the road trucks to have a place to park so that the reefer units and apu units can be worked on. OTR drivers stay away from this mess. Shame on the owner or owners. If you only want to work on local trucks please notify corporate."

"Wow....a company that cares about drivers. Had an inverter issue with popping the GFI, shutting interior power down. These guys said they could see us, but it would be on overtime. We had no choice. Arrived and got right in. These guys worked hard to resolve the issue. Couldn't find the problem, but got us temporary power to interior outlets. Was nervous about the bill.....but wow, they hardly charged us.....even though they worked on the issue for some time. It later turned out to be a short in the mini fridge, which only happened when the truck was moving down the road. When a company acts fairly, like these guys did, and cares about the truckers.....I'll give them all my business!!"

"Steve and the crew from ThermoKing get five stars. They worked at our farm three full days to get our unit operating. We are a produce farm and needed a quick turnaround during the growing season to get our unit delivered, up and operating and keep our produce fresh. Steve is a busy guy, but trustworthy, honest and gets the job done timely at a reasonable cost no matter how busy. Thanks crew."
