"We were pleasantly surprised with the array of higher end appliances on show at the Home Depot Design Center, particularly the built-in refrigerators, but the area also includes wall ovens, range tops, and other appliances. The set up is different to, and separated from, where appliances are sold within the Home Depot store. There are plenty of knowledgeable folks in the center who were available to spend time with us and discuss and review options. We had the pleasure of working with Badia Brown. She was patient and very capable of answering all our questions, and we would highly recommend working with her."

"I came here looking to see/compare SKS and Thermador branded kitchen appliances, and had such a great experience! I think the sales associate who worked with me, Badia Brown, went well-beyond basic customer service when she not only gave me information about the appliances in which I was interested, but patiently assisted me in fully understanding my options and various pros/cons with different appliances for my personal kitchen renovation and my style of cooking. I felt like she spent a lot of time seeking to fully understand my needs and wants, and she put together a great quote package for me following my first visit. And then, she didn't so much as blink when I returned a few weeks later with more questions about a completely different oven range! She just cheerfully answered my questions, talked through pros and cons with me, and ultimately did a completely new quote for me based on my new selection. My kitchen project won't start until January, but I wanted to take advantage of an amazing Thermador promotion before it ended in December, AND I wanted the peace of mind that goes with knowing there will be no project delays due to inventory issues because my appliances are ready and waiting. Can't say enough great things about this experience or this team!"

"We just happened to walk into a Home Depot and saw the new design centre. What a nice surprise . People are very friendly and customer centric. George Stills was our advisor. We were doing a whole new kitchen and needed all appliances. We really tested his patience with changing our minds again n again. But he was patient and kept giving revised quotes with every change we made. He is quick to respond on his phone via messages or even to emails….. which was a priority for us. I feel he served us well and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel. Cheers!"
