"Lovely Ladies Consignment Shop Is a wonderful place to shop and they have amazing prices and products. I have been shopping there for a long while and you will not find better deals anyplace and the customer service is the best!!! I Love the live shows and how honest they are with their products. You can buy anything from Hair brushes, clothing, Mens items and name brand pocketbooks and so much more. I think there is something in this store for everyone. "I used to come here a lot before the pandemic and brought in a bunch of clothes for consignment. There used to be an online portal where I could check my balance. The last time I was there I had a balance of $254.74. Then I noticed at one point that I couldn't log in anymore, and when I reached out to them they told me they had a new system and that they had no record of my balance and would not honor it. I had a lot of vintage Marc Jacobs, DKNY, dresses, jackets, handbags, etc. The old portal had shown they all had sold, but they told me they wouldn't give me my money "because we don't have a record of it anymore". Since the portal was down, I had no way to prove it, other than my own record of my existing balance. I kept trying to reach out to the owner, but she finally ghosted me, leaving no other option than to write this review. To me it's about personal integrity...you either do the right thing and honor/trust your long-time customer, or you don't. Bad Karma for this store and owner :("
"I loved all my things!! I couldn’t stop there, I went in and found practically everything I needed at a fraction of the cost!! You saved me money and a trip to Walmart! Great quality items at unbeatable prices! Brand name items and amazing and helpful staff! I recommend Lovely Ladies!"
