"In person the store and staff are great, but posting an online order is rarely successful. I have had to pick my own order and wait over an hour even after being notified that my order was ready for pick up. It is much faster to just go to the store and pick out what you need then to do it online. The app usually works to find product locations, but there are times it is completely wrong."
"What can I say about home Depot, it's the store you love and hate. Reason you love is because they always have good prices on their items but you hate because trying to get a employee to help is like trying to find a grain of salt in a sandbox... Just won't happen. My best advice is to download the app before going into the store."
"Had to pick up some paint to for my concrete patio. I asked Rick at the counter for some advice on which type of paint was best for my project. He carefully explained my options and gave me directions on how to go about painting concrete properly. He was kind, very helpful and professional. He gets 5 stars for costumer service! So far, the best experience at Home Depot in Riverdale!"
"Extremely disappointed with this store and their management team. Bought a LG fridge that was an in store display and discounted for scratch and dent. After a few days I plugged it in to find out it wasn’t working. After discussing with a few individuals that I wanted to return the store model that was sold as an esthetic defect and purchase a new fridge I was denied. The assistant store manager said that they would not take it back and I had to address any potential claims with LG. Great way to stand behind your brand and please don’t make the same mistake I made. Look for companies that are customer focused and stand behind their brand. Adding in store pics of what I was told was esthetic damage where I was willing to accept that damage in return for a 50% discount."
