"Generally a wonderful boutique. I entered and was not greeted or assisted. My initial thought, the associate may not want to bombard their customer(s) as soon as enter. To my disappointment another customer walked in and was greeted and assisted immediately. In addition, a young lady (red and curly hair) looked directly at me twice without offering help. Her disdain for my presence was palpable. Proceeded to shop and was finally greeted. I expressed my thanks for acknowledging. My experience was disappointing and hurtful."
"SUPER sweet staff. Prices were a bit expensive, but that's obviously expected coming from an independent boutique. I got my mother a beautiful velvet embroidered pouch, they wrapped it up so nicely in green paper and a sweet bag! I'll come back again for cute trinkets like these!!"
"I called Willow Street on a chilly late summer afternoon. My wife was in Summit, NJ at the dentist shivering in the chair. She was in for two hours of dental work. I asked if I could buy a sweater to throw over her suit to keep warm. I needed to buy something over the phone and have it delivered because I was in NYC. The sales person at Willow Street jumped right in and offered me a cashmere poncho. She packaged it up beautifully and it was delivered within 20 minutes. My wife loved it! Thank you for demonstrating wonderful customer service for an odd, as it turns out romantic, request!"
