"I went to look for a snow blower. I knew I wanted an ego but didn't know which model. On their website , I found they had a variety in stock. Not like the big box stores, they had to be ordered. Sue worked with me and told me pros and cons of different models. They even had some set up and I could get the feel of the machine. After purchasing a 2405, the staff helped put it in my suv. The one young man offered to go with me to my home to take it out. What a fantastic person. All in all, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this store."

"very disappointing visit to werners today. Wanted a log carrier their site said was in stock. The older guy down stairs said we didnt have would not even look for it so my 45 min drive was a waist. I talked to the young girl at the counter and she found it in 2 minutes. The older fellow was very disappointing"
