"Just visited. They looked over my ring and attempted to work with me. I could sense they just weren't interested from the start.. because after examining my ring with a loupe and a standard human eyeball.. compared to my standard human eye ball with a loupe.. the employee told me the diamond clusters surrounding the outside were just metal. Not listening to much on what i had to say, he would know one stone is in fact missing but 7 diamond stones remain.. at 1.5mm in approx length with an overall CT Weight of 0.11. Not much.. but not nothing either. They were generally nice .. but I didn't feel they took time with my item in the slightest. Hopefully, if I ever come back, they'll consider using more testing options that exceed a loupe and a complex."
