"Placed my order on the app. Between drive time and employee asking to help me was 15 minutes. App order was never even started. Very rude manager said it wasn’t his fault the ticket didn’t print. Observed him also being rude to the staff members that were there. Chicken wraps were poorly thrown together and fries were cold."
"Ask for 10 piece chicken tenders cooked fresh. Got them home and they had rebreaded old ones. They were so tough like chewing rocks. They are usually good if cooked right. This is why I don’t do Hardee’s very much! Especially East Main St Salem."
"One of the girls who works theres boyfriend is always there. Like everyday, all day long it seems. I always see them making out and cuddling in the parking lot, but I also see him just hanging around waiting for her. Girl, that's a red flag! He goes to work with you?! Does he not have a job of his own? Is he keeping tabs on you or something? Run!"
"We had a big family so problem are to be expected however we order several of the breakfast platters and they didn't give the food evenly. 1 platter had no eggs several had like 3-4 hash browns. The food itself was very good and the cashier was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean."
"No hash browns with the breakfast platter. I asked for extra bacon and paid for extra bacon and didn’t receive it. The lady working the drive through looked at me like I had 6 heads when I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee (I had already told her when I ordered) and rolled her eyes after I asked for the second time after she said HUH. I was so so polite, please and thank you’s the entire time. This location used to be good, but no longer is. This is the 3rd bad experience I have had here. No one answers the phone either, any time of day."
