Alberta's Flowers

"Ordered through a third party and this was the florist they used. Flowers did not look like the picture or anywhere similar/ worth the price. Flowers arrived late in the evening to a business right before they closed. Charged a same day fee even though it was for the next day. Flowers were already turning brown. To say i was disappointed would be an understatement. Replacement flowers were suppose to be delivered the next day and they never showed up. There was a mistake made on the card and instead of starting a new card they scratched it out. Wow. Would not recommend"

"The lady that helped me was so friendly..Flower cake was delivered same day...very timely and beautiful! She even gave me a call back to let me know how excited my aunt was to receive them! Top notch service!!!"

"Ordered a large funeral standing spray of flowers (an arrangement of flowers on a standing easel) 2 days before my brother-in-law's funeral. They were suppose to have been delivered before the 1:00 pm service. I arrived at the funeral home, the flowers were never delivered. I will never use this florist ever again!"

"Paid $6 for a foil balloon (yikes) to be delivered with a floral arrangement. The flowers were beautiful, but the balloon was left off of the order. Had to call twice over the span of a week (after I was promised a call back that never happened) and basically beg for a refund for an overpriced balloon. Finally was promised a check in the mail that I have yet to receive nearly a month later. Would love to to say I would order again because the staff is sweet, but I must admit I will likely just go somewhere else. Disappointed."
