"I have been getting my infusion supplies from this company since early 2015. My orders were always filled with no problems, up until the middle of January 2023. My point of contact changed at least twice last year & I no longer know WHO it is now, and my doctor just put in a new order to start up service again. The problem is, I’ve always submitted the orders myself, since I do my own infusions, so I’m the only one who knows what I need. For almost 2 weeks now they have been promising to email me the contact information directly to their pharmacy (since my contacts keep changing). My doctor’s office has called so many times it’s ridiculous, with them always promising to email me the info. Today I was told to just try to call them again, which I did, and I submitted the order during the call. I was assured on this call that the necessary info would be emailed AND texted to me promptly for when I need to submit my next order, yet once again it has not been done (and yes, I checked my spam/junk folder). I don’t know what the issue is - I confirmed they have my correct email, and I know they have my correct phone number because they texted me the forms I needed to sign to start service again. At least the person I spoke to today was nice, but I can’t say the same for the women I spoke to last week. I used to work in healthcare and if I had ever spoken to a patient the way I was spoken to last week, I would have been fired on the spot. And while the woman I spoke to today was nice, she STILL failed to follow through with her promise to send me the information I need by email & text. Honestly, this isn’t rocket science. If this is how they conduct business now, and how they treat patients, it’s beyond disappointing. I do NOT like to leave negative reviews, but I know of no other way to get their attention. Hopefully someone in management sees this."

"DISGUSTED. I have a resident in need of services for IV hydration after battling COVID for 2 weeks at home at 90 years old. WE were told “it’s wasn’t enough for us to do it” “insurance won’t cover it..” (Medicare) I explained the patient would be willing pay out of pocket as a trip to the hospital would be detrimental to a dementia patient… “No we won’t do it” The phone recording says “We treat patients like family” FALSE. There is NO valid reason to deny someone care without giving a reason. This is why the system is BROKEN."

"Unfortunately I have a disease and complications from that disease that i require all types of medical support. That said, I'm very blessed to have a medical team that includes people from BioScrip ( over 8 years and going strong). I refer to my medical team as "The dream team". My dream team includes my nurse, pharmacists, and the drivers that deliver my supplies. I see doctors and professionals in several different institutions and facilities that are up the and down the East Coast. Each program, doctor and nurses are so impressed with the care I receive. My care team is an extension of my family. They are there regardless of what time, day, or location. I'm living the highest quality of life I can get with this disease because of the care I receive daily, weekly and yearly from Bioscrip as they work with the doctors and other professionals that count on them to implement the medical treatment prescribed. Thank you to every one at BioScrip."
