"We have used this pharmacy for years and have consistently had outstanding and compassionate service. Recently, we had a prescription that was difficult to find locally and the pharmacy intern, Yusur, went way above and beyond to source it for us. The customer service at the Hill Carter location is like what you would expect to find at a small local pharmacy….many thanks to all of the staff there!"

"Ashland Walmart is horrible as is, but the Lead Pharmacy Technician at Walmart named Amanda has to be the worst, rude, incompetent Pharmacy employee there. This Walmart did not notify when an issue with a doctor has arose on their end 72 hours later and I have a family member without medication that is heavily needed otherwise something can happen to them and this woman shows no compassion or care in this world. I know Walmart has a shortage on employees but don’t hire anyone because or keep them because of longevity with the company. She feels entitled, boosted in the head and that she can act/talk anyway to anyone. Disgusting. Will be changing pharmacy’s immediately. Sharon another pharmacy tech there is by far the best one. She deserves to take her spot and Amanda lose her job. If something happens to my love one due to their negligence I will be seeking legal matters in my hand against this pharmacy and Amanda."
