When trying to have flowers sent to my sister in Blountville, my usual place said they were too busy because of funerals. I tried Pen Florist and so glad I did. "Pen's Floral is an exceptional business. Gorgeous work and professional in every way. I have worked with Pen on several events and she has impressed me every time! She recently created floral arrangements for my wedding and we were thrilled with each creation. The images are of a large arrangement (one of two) she created for our buffet table and the others are centerpieces for the dining tables. These pictures were taken two days after the event (except the one of the dining table) and they still look fabulous. I recommend Pen's Floral with no reservations. 10/10!"
