"It is an affordable pharmacy, but they have messed up my prescription 5 times or more in less than a year. They "forget" needles, give the wrong size syringe and needles, don't use the most recent script and say you need to finish the previous one -medications were upped by doctor but couldn't because of the previous script, or completely say you can't pick up your script till Friday or maybe Monday...even though you do your medication on Thursday and this has been known for a few months and is in your prescription. Every month it is a struggle to get my medications on time with them. They do the job if affordability is your biggest factor though."

"In an industry where you are frequently judged and discriminated against based on the medications you are perscribed, this pharmacy offers a fair and friendly place that fulfills their duties as a pharmacy while treating you like an actual human being, and not to mention, they do not try to act like doctors themselves (like Walgreens and CVS), interfering with your (actual, M.D) doctor's treatment plan. Not to mention theyre fast, polite, and never raise a fuss if you need a prescription filled a day or two early due to circumstances that aren't life threatening emergencies. Editing my review years later, and reducing my star rating. I've temporarily lost insurance and, for 1 single month, needed to go to a pharmacy to accepts Good Rx, and once my insurance resumed I intended to return to Northgate as I was a loyal customer. In light of this situation, Northgate is refusing to transfer my original, UNFILLED perscription to a different pharmacy just down the street, giving no reason why other than that "they could not do it" (which I know they can, being involved in the health care industry for most of my professional career so long as the perscription is in it's original form and has not been filled). Instead of working with me to responsibly fulfill the obligations of ensuring patient's continuity of health care, they blatanly refused, giving no reason, other than "No, we will not". Now, I am trying to contact the perscribing physician who is out of office, leaving both me and my entire family without access to medications that are absolutely essential to both everyday life, and our physical health (I have Myasthenias Gravis, I REQUIRE medicine for this). I am absolutely dissapointed, and disgusted, with the treatment I have recieved after having been such a loyal customer to this business for almost 10 years of my life. Walgreens, on the other hand, was extremely helpful in any way they could, saying they would care for us as soon as we could, essentially, twist Northgate's arm into transferring the perscription OR have another one sent by the PCP. They were more helpful than Northgate, the actual holder of the original unfilled perscription."
