"Well, you get 2 for being able to HELP my son today. Outside of that, I don't think your attitude was worth MY time! I was considering changing the prescription I got from you to your pharmacy permanently. It seems that your ONLY concern was the PRICE of the med, and how much it would cost YOU to have to order it and keep it on hand for my SON!!!! He has Gastricparesis...For anyone who wants to look that up: He has to take meds to digest his food, and to live. So lets just say to run out of it is SERIOUS!!! My other pharmacy kept it on hand for me, but messed up and let it fall by the wayside today. I wanted to move to you because you are closer to me, and I thought it would be easier in the long run. All you could say was: We will order it when you "run out." It will be here the "next morning." My pharmacy was doing THAT today, but my son was OUT, and CAN'T wait a full day and NOT eat!!!! It has to be there: WAITING on him!!!! Again though, YOU liked to emphasis the expenssiveness of the medication. $$$ -So thanx for trying to get a new customer to your pharmacy....*clears throat*....But I think I'll pass. Hope this helps someone else in their decision for their child. (smh)"

"This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. They bend over backwards for their patients and are very understanding. I've been there for probably over 2 years and the new hires (people I've never seen there anyway) are wonderful to me. They never seem judgemental about my prescriptions like some of the other pharmacies I've tried. Food City and Kroger pharmacies don't stand a chance compared to the people who work here. I hope they always stay this wonderful."
