"Bed bugs found in our apartment. Management refuses to inspect and or treat the remaining 3 units in our building. They are also charging us almost 500.00 for treatment of our apartment. Saying a bed bug addendum was signed. The law overrides any lease. The law states the landlord is responsible for paying for pest extermination unless either the tenant delayed reporting it to the office or if the tenant is at fault for the infestation. Meaning the tenant knowingly brought bed bugs into the dwelling."

"I currently live here and have for the past 11 years only bc of the area and my son being in school.this place has been through so many different property managers it’s ridiculous. Maintenance is always knocking at your door. They raise your rent about every 6 months. Someone else had mentioned the plumbing in their review and I’m just piggy backing. The plumbing sucks around here. I’d really love to move and leave this complex as soon as we can. I definitely not recommended to anyone moving here."

"Lived here for about a year and a half. My number one complaint is how thin the walls and the floor are. You can hear the upstairs neighbors Every. Single. Footstep. And you can hear the people talking next door We were paying about 1400 a month for a small, dirty apartment. Every 6 months they raised the rent about $70. Absolutely way overpriced More than once my packages got stolen off of my doorstep as well. Management and maintenance is just okay. Nice people but I feel like their skills could use a little more work"

"The worst place my family and I have ever lived! We decided to complain on our upstairs neighbors because they are constantly stomping. After the complaint the stomping got worse we honestly kind of figured it might but still had some hope that they would stop. After about a couple of weeks we get the cops called on us for a noise complaint which was uncalled for because my family and I were watching a movie. The following week we get the cops called again but this time because apparently my wife and I were arguing in the middle of the night. I was not home so she had no one to argue with. I then brought it up to the manager and asked if we could get out of our lease she said no that’s just apartment living. It’s horrible because we live on the first floor and have to walk on eggshells in our own place because of we walk to hard then the upstairs neighbors will just stomp aggressively."

"I love living here! The staff is really nice and very attentive, I've never had a problem with them addressing a concern courteously and professionally. The maintenance staff is really nice! My apartment is spacious and comfortable. Yes, I can occasionally hear my neighbors and they can hear me but anyone who expects otherwise while living in close quarters has unrealistic expectations. The dog park is a good size and I love all the toads, bull frogs, ducks, and herons that visit the pond. The only reasons I'm not giving five stars is because they don't offer recycling which I think is a must in today's time and they just changed the outside of the complex from a beautiful green to blue. It doesn't look bad, but I really liked the green!"
