"CLOSE IT DOWN! I booked here coming from out of town and I booked for a week... Let me tell you!!! The staff were awful the owner kept sending her daughter (a minor) to my room for the first 3days to pay when I had paid upon arrival. The roaches were BOLD! The ceiling started leaking and she told me I had to leave 3 days earlier because I had my dog (rat terrier puppy) although there were other people with pets and the website said "pet friendly". If you can find somewhere else...GO THERE!. Don't waste your money or time. There's a lady with red braids she is awful!!"

"The rooms had roaches , CUSTOMER SERVICE was horrible. Booked room for 2 adults , when arrived one set of bath materials was laid out , when asked to assist with extras they responded “ we don’t keep those here in the office “ the money we have doesn’t go to extras “ Tv language stuck on Spanish Dresser drawers were broken And online they said BREAKFAST SERVED , but they kept doors locked with a note that stated no breakfast. Chain locks on door where broken , easy access, made my family very uncomfortable We are paying these people to baby sit because working is asking for too much."

"After calling to let Days Inn know we would arriving late, we pulled in at 2am. We were given keys to 116 and 216. When we entered 216, it had not been cleaned. We asked at the front desk for a new room. She told us they were sold out and there wasn't anything she could do. Basically, sorry for our luck. Exhausted and upset, we asked if there was anything she could do. She said she had a room that the cable box didn't work and we said we just needed to sleep. That room looked like a murder scene and the a/c unit had no controls. It had a broken shower curtain rod and no curtain. We went back to 216. Bedspreads were stained in all the rooms, 116 the control knob for the shower came off in our hand, it had to be held on to the wall to operate. 216 had stains all over the floors, lampshades, no door safety latch, toilet had urine and feces stains, the dresser was a shell with no cover, and nothing holding the drawers in place, the TV couldn't be shut off unless you unplugged it, there were dirty towels on the floor. No one felt comfortable sleeping here. It was supposed to be a place just to rest. We didn't end up being able to lay down until 3pm and without a door latch, it was hard to relax. What a terrible experience!"

"Very rude service, especially the lady with the braids and freckles at the front desk. Roaches in the rooms. Very stained bedding. Very dirty floors, urine dried around bottom of toilet on floor, causing bathroom to smell like urine. Broken furniture. Needs painted inside and out. Paint peeling and stains all over the walls. Cleaning lady very rude as well. Horrible 2 night stay! NEVER AGAIN. THEY MAY BE CHEAP BUT IT'S STILL NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS."

"I am self-employed so when I travel, I go cheap. Usually cheap still gets you a decent place. No so much with this place. It looks like it was modernized ten years ago and then forgotten. The bathroom mirror was busted at the bottom; sharp edges. The TV volume was not adjustable. The office doesn't open until 9am in the morning, so no coffee. Well, you can make it in your room but I wouldn't trust that dirty coffee maker. To top it off, a sanitary napkin discarded beside the toilet had been overlooked by the cleaning staff. Although the motel has good lighting, it needs it because the neighborhood is sketchy looking. I won't be staying here ever again."
