"My experience: Because they were already closed when I called, so I left a message. They returned it within 15 minutes of opening the next morning. They worked with me to ensure the floral arrangement included the stems I requested and was delivered SAME DAY. They were very knowledgeable and straightforward about the aesthetic limitations with a flower like lilies being used in a same-day arrangement but were confident in their abilities and rightfully so as evidenced by the included photo. My father in law and I stopped at about 6 different florists in the area and we were greeted with the most friendly service here. I was in contact most with Stephanie and she was so accommodating, professional, and efficient. All of the communication for the actual planning of the even was through email because I was planning from Florida, and everything still managed to be exactly the way I wanted it! They delivered and set up to both the church and reception locations on the morning of the wedding and their fees were VERY reasonable.
