"Dr. Lap is the worst and does not listen to her patients. I tried to address an issue at my visit and she swore it was a skin condition but I have had the same skin condition for 10 years. I had to make a special appointment for a dermatologist just for them to do the same thing she could have done. Will not return"

"Cynthia is the best. She has helped me out Everytime I have needed anything she was gracious and always ready to help no matter how long it would take or difficult the job. And she did it with a smile on her face. She is amazing. My boyfriend is the patient there and she makes me want to change my Dr to them. I worried about being a bother with so many questions and she constantly reassured me I was not bothering her in any way, and she was more than happy to help me.
