"I love the doctors. What ruins everything is the nursing get staff. Maybe the doctors are not aware but nurses need to respond to patients that leave messages. Rather they think it's big or small they hv no right to decide who and when to call back. Give the doctor the message and followup with the pt. If pt leaves message on nurses voicemail it should be returned within 48 hrs I should not hv to keep calling and end up frustrated and just give up. I don't care if the nurse has to stay over or come in early the patients are important and EVERY call should be returned. In my situation what I am calling about could be serious but the nurses act like gatekeepers. I will find another doctor because I can't afford to play around with my health."
