"Friendly staff, but more interested in sending bills than providing access to health records. And you definitely feel like you are on an assembly line when being examined. The only records patients can access online are bills. Health records that are mailed or faxed are charged $25. So you have to have access to email in order to get your records."
"I have been a patient of Dr Christine Browning for years. When I heard she was leaving Bon Secours, I was heartbroken (pun IN-tended lol) until one Saturday, she called and told me she was moving to this practice. I am so thankful and lucky to have such a wonderful, caring cardiologist. She is a brilliant diagnostician and works tirelessly for her patients. I wouldn't trust my heart to anyone else!!"
"Unfortunately chesterfield clinick does not respect patients scheduled. I had an echo scheduled on 9/7/21 and took time off and drove from downtown for 50 minutes for my appointment. When I presented on time the front disk informed me that my appointment has been rescheduled to be on 9/17/21 instead 9/7 without communicate with me and even they are not used any patent portal or phone call or email to discuss the rescheduling. I sent email to Dr Kapadia but never respond and left message to him that cannot continue his services for non patients respect or trust practices. It is shameful to see cardiologist clinick unprofessional and not responsible."
