"The girls working the front are phenomenal. They are not given enough credit for what they do. The waits can be long but that is in no way their fault. It is a mental health office, sometimes there are emergencies and providers need to spend a little more time with the patients before you. If you are pleasant, you get a pleasant response. The girls will do all they can to help as long as you care sure what you need or can explain it."
"I have been going to this office for about 3 years and have never had a poor experience. Olivia Mendoza has been the one to treat me primarily and she is always so kind, personable, helpful, and receptive. The front office staff is equally kind and helpful. The nurses that take me back to take my vitals are also always super kind to me. They are hardly ever running late and I get in and out in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend this practice!"
"Receptionists hit or miss. I know why I can't get anyone to take my call. They ignore the phone. My doctor was Always at least 25 minutes behind schedule. Then she had to read my file to catch up on Who I was and Why I was there. Great job-not really. She kept pushing more and more drugs on me until I couldn't function. Dr. Vasu had me on 8 different meds! Now with a different doctor I'm on 3 and feel great. I would only recommend this place to my ex-dil because I can't stand her."

"I love Dr. Amara but the staff is so bad at their jobs. "You will receive a text or email approximately 10min before your appointment time". No you won't. This happens every time I book a telehealth appointment. When I go in-person it's pretty awful too. I'm sincerely only here because of Dr. Amara. Also they will not give you a heads up if the doctor is not available, so I hope you like waiting rooms."
