"The campsites were closer together than I expected, so even though I was in the tent camping, I had to cover my eyes from the bathroom light and plug my ears for the generator noise from the rvs. Still a conveneient spot with excellent bathrooms."

"Great campground if you want to visit DC. Take the train into town. $3.00 for seniors with the senior pass. No water hookups but have fill faucet at dump station"

"Maybe it was because I was there during the week, but it was quiet. I tent camped, most people were in RVs, so not much action down at the end of the loop. As someone said, the showers/bathrooms are individual and spacious. If you are tent camping definitely grab site #33."

"Primitive, no hookup. For RVs and tents. Potable and non-potable fill-up spot near bathrooms. Bathroom facilities are organized and plentiful. Handicap-equipped. Lots to see and do in this regional park so it's well worth a stay."

"Clean and well maintained. Host on site. There are actual private shower rooms. Each is very large (bedroom size) and has a dressing area, shower stall, sink, commode, air dryer. Plenty of walking/mountain biking trails. I was only there 2 days for a soccer tournament in nearby McLean, VA. So, it was mostly a place to lay our heads and therefore, didn't get the full experience. But, I would definitely go back."
