"Very disappointed. Enrollment cancellation Policies are not clearly mentioned. Not followed by staff and they try to confuse customers. Say something else and do something else. They keep charging your card. Instructors keep changing and don't focus on children instead they keep talking to themselves. No mercy even in case of medical emergencies. It used to be so good and within a year, it's all gone to drain. I wish it would have remained same. They used to have such good instructors but not anymore."

"This place used to be incredible. Prices are going way too high for the quality they offer now. The staff used to be amazing. Maddie, Jack, Valentina and so many others that actually cared to teach, they were present and wanted the kids to learn. The new staff over the past 6 months is mediocre at best. They don't care, they're barely present and the prices are being raised to $40 per class for swim force. The new instructors dont teach anything or correct the kids they just send the kids to swim back and forth wity no guidance. They also raised the price for regular classes. For a 25 minute class, it is shared between 4 kids per instructor. Your kid gets 6 minutes of 1 on 1 total instead of having kids actually swimming during the whole class. The kids sit on the swim wall and wait while each child swims back and forth. This place used to be a small, kind business but now it's a huge chain and has the a terrible feel of a franchise. They have raised the prices but haven't managed to make any change to match the high prices. We are leaving and headed to a community center pool or a local swim team. Reston has amazing aquatics now and sadly we are leaving after years of supporting this place."

"All of the staff are very pleasant and great with kids. This was a great way to get my kid over his fear of being in a non-baby pool, but that’s about where the progress has stopped. It’s a franchise, so they have guidelines and structure for everything and that’s very obvious. For 25-30 minutes in the pool at ~$36/session (and the price is going up next month) it’s just too pricey for what you get."
