"Awful experience. Incredibly condescending; she couldn't be bothered to address our concerns and was beyond patronizing. She spent more time chiding my toddler than she did examining her. Repeatedly said things like "I wish I had a crystal ball for you but I don't" and "if I had a magic wand to make her better, I would wave it". It was the most frustrating experienced I've had as a parent. Luckily we have a fantastic gc pediatrician, but it's discouraging to know that CHKD Urgent Care has someone like this handling patients."
