"Horrible place, doctors do not care for your concerns and won't listen to anything you say. Front desk ladies are extremely rude & don't mind yelling at you at all and if you tell the doctor about he goes gives them a little chat in front of you. Very unprofessional. I grew up going to this place & I had an experience with the same doctor. I wanted to my tonsil removed because of frequent infection and he replied with “god doesn’t give you stuff you don’t need.” How professional right, that should of been my sign to run. Fast forward some years I have my own kid and decided to bring her to mr Hussein. My kid had just had opened heart surgery which he knew of & like most surgeries they have protocol for after my kids was that they couldn’t put their hand above their heads. We go in for a check up and the first thing he does is lift her arms up. I’m furious at this point and I say something to him and he goes on to tell me i should calm down. The unprofessionalism in this place is disgusting & honestly super embarrassing. If you care for your kids don't take them here."

"The worst customer service experience of my life. Do not recommend at all! If I could give no star I would! The front desk people are extremely rude. I called to get my child’s immunization record and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. After being put on hold they picked up and hung up. I kept calling back and every time the phone would ring someone picked up and hung up. After calling from another number they picked up and I told them what happened and she only said they have phone issues which is bS! I called ahead over a week ago and was told they would call me back which is why I called again after not hearing back! They have done this many times before and even charged me for printing my record out last time too! Go somewhere else I don’t recommend this place at all! My daughter said she never felt comfortable being checked by the doctor either which is why I changed her in the first place! I’m still waiting on my call back!"

"This office is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I work for another office and we have been trying to obtain records for a week now. The receptionists are rude, they refuse to connect us to an office manager and kept saying different things about records. several of my coworkers have called and they say they would fax the requested records over and then won’t fax it. We kept calling and we were put on hold for so long, we called from another phone and they answered our request immediately. This office is not professional at all or their staff and doctors. I would not recommend you taking your children to an office that has no consideration for others. This office is a money hungry office and feel terrible for anyone that brings their children to this office."

"Worse clinic I have ever been to. Very unprofessional. I’ve seen the doctor yell at the nurse and they never able to fax my child records. They honestly should be shut down."
