"I was a regular runner getting around 100 miles a month. After an extended layoff from running I had severe pain in my lower legs. I could max out at about 2.5 miles and if I ran any distance I could not run for almost a week. I tried rest, getting advice from a running store on shoes, and other suggestions from the internet, nothing worked. After about 6 months of trying I talked to Krysia and she very clearly explained what the issue was and what was causing it. She gave me a few exercises to do and suggestion to change the heel drop in my shoe and explained why. In a matter of weeks I was running better.
