"I was never paid for my services. I was a worker in the field which is a totally different experience from being an administrator. My work with clients was not respected. You are treated like a Lyft driver and expected to drive clients to destinations that have nothing to do with their mental health. I wouldn't recommend anyone work here as a crisis worker."

"I was helped by this facility last year and my caseworker did everything she could to help me. I just wish I would have taken her advice and got the meds I needed back then because I wouldn't have such a hard time finding a Psychiatrist to help me. So because of this virus not a lot of doctors are taking patients. So unless they're able to help me I'm screwed and will have to go to emergency room. I really thought they'd call me by now. I'm freaking out,already had my panic attack for the day and seized up. Took almost an hour to feel halfway normal, well my normal. Thank you, Alyssa"

"Great company! The owner is very transparent and forthcoming. There are many agencies out there who do not follow through with paying their employees on time but since I have been here there have been tremendous changes, no turnover, and my deposits are always on time. The owner works with you to develop fresh ideas and makes an effort to make things better for his employees. I will say that the company is strict about compliance and documentation and if those standards are not met then things are addressed, but being that many companies in this field flirt with fraudulent billing, I have to give this company a thumbs up on making sure that notes are in files and that quality service is being delivered."

"Rarely do I comment on past employers as I've historically separated with mutual respect and have maintained, at least, a professional relationship. However, this company has been the absolute worst. I should have followed my first mind when I was given a start date, resigned from my job and was sent a text message the day of starting that they failed to complete my background check (leaving me unemployed). I then endured having to request clarity on things such as specific pay dates ( was told it was bimonthly during orientation, however after waiting 3 weeks for pay, was then told it was the 1st & 3rd Friday of the month). They also spoke of being compensated for training, supervision and documentation. However, I was not compensated for any of those. Of course, these are only a few of my reasons for employee dissatisfaction. Needless to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, anyone to pursue an opportunity for employment with this company. CHCG is not a company who promotes employee longevity or business transparency. Everyone has the power of choice and forewarning is better than hindsight."
