"I highly recommend seeing Cassie Ahrens here at RCC. She is quite literally the definition of “one-of-a-kind”. You cannot compare the care you receive from her to anyone else out there because SHE is the example. She is incredibly thoughtful, caring, understanding, and all of the positive adjectives you would want to see about someone who would be handling your care. I have had so many providers in my life, but Cassie is by far the best. I’m so glad I continued my search for the best provider for my needs and ended up with her. She actually listens and recommends the best solutions the first time so you don’t have to keep fumbling through trials and wondering what’s next. She is brilliant. I can honestly say that my mental health and anxiety have gotten exponentially more manageable because of her. I never thought I would get here. She deserves all of the praise. Thank you. And give her a raise."

"Andrew Harris provides thoughtful, compassionate, evidence-based care. As a referring provider (therapist), it's helpful to know clients can receive integrated care at RCC."

"I recommend RCC, as I have been with the same therapist for over a year now and have had a very positive experience. I am pleased with the care I've received. My provider is part-time, but scheduling has never been an issue and I'm always able to find an appointment time that works with my schedule."

"Terrible billing and cancellation practices. Great therapist. I’ve been seeing my therapist for 8 months and she’s fantastic. Unfortunately, theres been 2 times my kids get sick and I can’t make our scheduled appointment. They charge a cancellation fee if it’s 24-48 hours no matter the reason, even if you try to reschedule that same week. So not only are you paying the cancellation fee, you’re also paying the copay for another visit. Also, their billing department is atrocious. I’ve been double billed without my consent. Once your credit card is on file, they automatically bill your copay. Unfortunately, because I have small kids and can’t always foresee if my kid will be sick or have an emergency doctors visit, I’ll have to forego seeing a therapist until my kids are more independent. Again, therapist is great."

"I am a social worker in the Richmond area and have worked with many clients who receive both counseling and med management at RCC and all of them continue to report great experiences with their clinicians. I have been referring my clients here when they need counseling or psychiatric services and always get good feedback. They have so many clinical specializations and a knack for working with diverse client populations and making everyone feel welcome and supported in their healing process. Particularly, I recommend my LGBTQ+ clients to this practice since they have several providers certified to work with this population specifically. I also have a family member who receives services here and continues to love her provider. Definitely recommend!"
