"Referring to the falls church ,VA location: Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. my child had so much hard time and things got worst not better with this company because they are totally unprofessional from the top to bottom. They don't care about your childs progress.they just want business. The FA AND BCBA has so many clients that they are not able to supervise the way they should. We went weeks without being supervised by the BCBA -They do not provide you with experienced RBT which is my major concern.. because the young RBTs have no experience they know nothing about ABA or how to deal with autistic kids.....this give so much stress to your mental health as parents and if you request to change the therapist they dont have staff/ skilled staff - Their techs/therapists have no consequences for no call/no show and it is going to happen at least once a week. And don’t expect them to be on time or stay until they are supposed to. - They will tell you that it’s no problem to get 30 hours a week of therapy. Once approved they have no therapist to fulfill the requirement with those hours. - They do not at all try to teach socialization skills to the kid - If you try to discuss your concerns with the owner she will unexpectedly discontinue services. The first time I tried, she blamed us saying that we made the techs uncomfortable, but refused to tell us what we did or said. The 2nd time she said the same and that they were just going to discontinue services and had no reason or answer when i asked WHY? so we withdrew. They are making lame promises and excuses over and over again. Bunch of liar ladies especially the ones who barely joined the company justbto make it worst. STAY AWAY FROM THEM or they will give u so much mental stress ...they are not worth it. Unprofessional and liars... they lie all the time. But KARMA is real and they will get all this back.."

"We had an awesome ABA therapist through TA for my 9 year old son with autism for over a year. Suddenly, the CEO decided to cut all patients with commercial insurance and only accept Medicaid. This seemingly arbitrary decision could set our son back a year in his progress and wipe out many of the successes this therapist has made with him. After repeated calls to obtain some explanation, the company's leadership has failed to respond. TA's website states that TA client centered and committed to mental health. This decision was not made with that mission in mind. We love the therapist but are extremely disappointed with the company's leadership."
