"I absolutely love this place. As someone who suffers from so much due to past trauma, I have always found it really hard to find a good therapist and my people-pleasing self has had a hard time in the past because certain practices didn't work for me and I'm too scared to say something in fear they'll hate me, but Alexis just knows when something isn't working and she has been so, so patient with me. It has helped that I was paying out-of-pocket due to them not accepting medicaid yet, so I didn't feel rushed because they're trying to fit into insurance's idea of how quickly people should heal, but it has been hard because Im also not able to see her as often as I should because of how expensive it is out-of-pocket. They have started accepting Medicaid now, so I'm really worried that my sessions are going to become more rushed, and it has been kind of difficult getting my insurance info in to them due to the main registration lady leaving and the new one isn't settled yet, but I will keep trying. Other than that, I have been very pleased with Alexis and the patience she has shown me."

"THEY DO NOT TAKE MEDICARE. This was misinformed to me upfront and I had to pay for some visits that I can ill afford. HOWEVER. The counselor I had, Erin, was wonderful and I am very sorry to not be working with her over a thing like insurance coverage. I wish I could afford her services. Just be advised - check carefully about your insurance before beginning services. I thought I did but it turns out that when I submitted Medicare as a form of insurance the billing department didn't interpret that as a sign that I meant to BILL IT TO MEDICARE. If that is all cool with you, then ask for Erin."
