"Wow! Let me just tell you about the phenomenal customer service I got today. My son has been home with ear infection. I've been to the doctor and I can't seem to find the antibiotics he needs anywhere. I was afraid I was going to have to go up to Norton for my fourth time today from Big stoyne. This woman, and I didn't get her name, took it upon herself to call the other economy drug pharmacy, along with others on top of that, to find the medication my son needed. She then is making sure that I don't have to drive to Norton to pick it up by having it delivered to their pharmacy here. I'm not even kidding. I almost cried when I got in the car, because if you're a parent, you know how hard it is to have a sick kid. It's exhausting.
