"Even though everything went up to $1.25 they still have good deals. And with the $3 and $5 isles you can always find a good deal on something that costs more in other stores. Had deals on after Christmas items. Good job."

"The entire store wreaks of body odor. Been like this for weeks now!! Everytime I enter the store, that wet dog smell from some trashy folks who don't take care of basic personal hygiene smacks me in the face. I wish the employees would use some air freshener throughout the entire store to get rid of that lingering odor. Smells the exact same way in Food City."

"Huge store. Tons of options. The workers here actually care if there's a line. They will open a second checkout line if there's a line, unlike most stores in many different states. Great prices, great quality, there's actually room for people to shop the same aisle without bothering each other. Even better than the Walmart that used to be in this plaza because they actually cared about stocking!"

"The biggest positive was the lady working at the register there. She was very nice and even walked down a few aisles trying to help me look for something and asked a co-worker. It wasn't busy at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. Probably just one or two other people besides me. I was just looking for toothpicks with little decorations for cupcakes. Used to get them in a package along with cupcake liners. I had already looked through the party supplies and then in the kitchen utensil section. We only found regular toothpicks and they were in such a TINY little container. Looked like something from "Wish"! Used to get at least one if not two I think per package for a dollar. They had pretty little pastel lids that spun around to dispense the toothpicks. They were much bigger and much sturdier looking! Most everything just seemed quite junky. Not only have the prices went up, but the products have gotten smaller. And a lot of things just looked REALLY chintzy. Used to be able to get quality things that were actually a bargain. There were a few things like plastic storage organizers, helium balloons, color matched disposable plastic tablecloths, plates, and silverware that looked about the same as they had before. And a decent price for a 1.25, although you can sometimes find the same things at Walmart for the same price or maybe even $0.97 without making a special trip. Used to be worth your time to make a special trip to the Dollar Tree. I went fairly often and always came out with at least ten or fifteen items that were actually a good bargain as well as a good product. Haven't hardly been in several years and was quite disappointed."

"I absolutely love the Big stone gap Dollar Tree, even more so since they moved a couple store fronts down to a bigger space. They have so much cool stuff and at such a bargain."
