Best of all, they have incredible customer service, something that has almost gone extinct everywhere else! They are always super friendly, help me select just the right plants/trees/shrubs, give me excellent instructions on how to plant and care for them, and they answer all of my questions. Even though I no longer live in the Lynchburg area, it is absolutely worth the drive from Roanoke for my gardening needs!"
