"I am posting to sing the praises of Nicole Rivera. About 2 weeks ago I received some mail from State Farm. It broke down my homeowners insurance (already with State Farm) and car insurance (was with Nationwide since 1976) as a bundle if I switched my car insurance and showed me how much money I could save. I read the materials and put them aside. Nicole called me Sept. 2 to follow up and see if I had any questions. We talked for a few minutes and she gave me lots of information and answered my questions. I told her I would decide what I wanted to do and call her back Sept. 3. I thought about it overnight and compared my current polices with what she sent me . I called her today and made the car insurance change and bundled it with my homeowners insurance. Besides saving me lots of money, what impressed me was the fact that she reached out to me, first with the letter that came in the mail, and then by phone to follow up. (Who does that in this day and age!!) I had not requested this info. She had taken the initiative to put this together for me in case I was interested. There was no pressure at all. She just wanted me to know that she was there if I had any questions or ever wanted to make a change. Nicole was totally professional and knowledgeable as well as efficient. A true asset to Kenneth Crowders' team. I highly recommend you calling Nicole with your insurance needs. I feel that I have made a new friend and can't thank Nicole enough for all that she has done for me."

"They're lucky I can't give a 0 star review, I called and as soon as I said I needed a quote the lady who answered said one moment and hung up. I tried calling back and then they put me on hold and when I tried saying something (my mother is a manager for a call center so I'm aware they could hear me) and then they hung up the line on hold. Terrible service off that alone i wont go through them."
