I purchased a home and had a delayed move-in, which left it vacant for several months aside from some furniture delivery and it was in quite a state. Mandy and her crew were able to clean my home from top to bottom a few days before I arrived in state to move in. It was IMMACULATE! Every surface was sparkling clean and she and her team to incredible care with the task. She kept communication with me throughout the process and checked in with me after arrival as well. My home, built in the 80s, looked cleaner and more inviting than new builds I've toured! I was able to host a gathering the very next day."

My mother DID notify the business about how poorly the second cleaning was done, and was a little surprised to see a different person. Her bringing her nephew into my mother's home without first asking if that was acceptable, was also unprofessional and unsafe. The last time her home was to be cleaned, the person did not show up when scheduled. For an elderly person, consistency and dependability is important, and this was not delivered."
