"I had been a customer for several years with only minor inconvenience, however 2 months ago that all changed. They have lost all their good staff apparently, and do not train the news ones sufficiently. After several appointments with strange people just sitting at my kitchen table, wondering around my house unsupervised , (i have a camera) the last straw came when they raised my rate and sent a staff that didn't vacuum, wipe down my living room tables at all (they are glass so easy to tell) and left my living room as you can see in the picture provided. I was going to let things go without a review, however the owner has now sent me a bill after acknowledging in text that the visit was not up to his standards."
"I have given this company 3 tries at cleaning my house. The first time I was required to do a deep clean prior to starting bi weekly premium cleans. All three times they have been here they never touched the laundry room even though it’s included. The most recent clean they were here for only 50 minutes there just did a spot sweep and mop and missed way too many spots. They didn’t clean the window sills, appliances were left streaky. I definitely do not feel like I getting what I paid for."
