"This company is not professional at all!!! They are very rude with nasty attitudes on the phone and in person. We had one aid show up who was never on time and just sat on her phone the whole time she was here another aid who came in yelling on her phone on a call didn’t introduce herself at all wasn’t even dressed like she was here to help very uncomfortable then they sent a new aid who claims my dog “attacked her” but did not my dog greeted her at the door never growled nor bit at her she was sitting there wagging her tail. This company knew we owned animals and has seen them before knowing they are beyond friendly. This company as a whole is very unprofessional in every way possible and made my mother as well as my life hole household very uncomfortable and very unhappy.
