"Security Deposit: I moved out from here in October 2023 and supposed to receive my security deposit within 45 days per the contract but more than 90 days has been passed they are not even answering the call or email means they do not want to pay your security deposit back."

"One of the most regrettable decisions I've made was moving to this community. The incessant construction noise outside and now inside the building has turned working from home into a nightmare. When I approached the residents' office for a solution, their response was suggesting I work in the lobby – a questionable logic at best. Overall, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Considering the disruption, noise, and lack of effective communication, I find it difficult to give them anything other than a negative review."

"The worst management ever. They have a never ending construction with so much noise and the management never help you and are so rude about it when you tell them your problems. During the day you have to close all the windows shade because they are working and you’ll not see the light at all then at the same time you have to deal with the noise which is so loud you can’t even hear if somebody talks talks to you even if they are right next to you. The security is so bad a person hit my car in the parking and run and when I asked them if they have any security camera for that and there was none"

"If I could leave negative stars I would, my biggest regret is living at Landmark Ridge. Whatever you do DO NOT lease with them. I’ve been complaining to them for awhile now all they say is that they can’t do nothing about it they are extremely rude and very unprofessional !!! They left what it looks to be large metal tubs inside my living room, which is not safe at all I have kids!! Do they not understand that can fall on someone!!!!! from my understanding they are not allowed to leave any type of supplies in your unit since it will be no longer habitable!!!!! as if my apartment is a storage place! Yes im furious!!! Oh and they been working on the balconies for over a year now"

"I do not recommend living here based on my experience. Upon moving in from out of town, we found our unit had not been cleaned or prepared properly, including unclean carpets, appliances, and walls(and It continues to be this way after 2 yrs). We had to fight tooth and nail just to even get replacement toilets, even after management saw the condition of the apartment. Repeated maintenance issues have not been addressed to our satisfaction such as broken gym equipment, stolen laundry, parking, and balconies still inaccessible months past the original June 2023 construction completion date.. On-site staff (and corporate) management has frequently been unresponsive to our concerns and requests. We have not felt they took accountability for resolving the problems we raised while living here. The complex lacks proper upkeep and amenities given the rental prices charged. I would have appreciated better care, communication, and follow-through from the the leasing and corporate office and urge them to improve resident satisfaction."
