"We are going on our second year at Deer Run and are satisfied customers. Yes, due to several variables beyond the control either of individual and or corporate responsibility rent rises. Costs of living inevitably increase over time, not withstanding, the cost of housing maintenance, utilities, damage repair, damage control, insurance, payroll & associated taxes, other taxes, and yes...the list could go on. We could not be more grateful for Rock Baker and all the staff here at Deer Run. Nobody bats a thousand, however, all the employees here are consistently hard working and diligent in all there duties. All of our neighbors and members of this community have been a blessing in countless ways. I recently read some of the reviews with sadness and in complete disbelief. I took pause and emerged with the clarity that negativity and dishonesty go hand and hand. Sadly, some with go to the extent of attempting public defamation with exaggerations and blatant dishonesty. If there is one unfortunate truth I have gleaned during my human experience while here spinning on this Earth is that if someone consistently walks in negativity its more about them than anyone else and nobody is going to change that save for the perfect unconditional love of God in Christ Jesus. Thank you to all and keep up the good works."

"Definitely not worth the money. 900 for a small two bedroom. Some people are allowed pets others arent, maintenance is a joke, the pool has been broken for the last few months of summer and they don’t care to fix it. Its not worth the price, keep looking because this aint it."

"The rent will go up every single time you renew so BEWARE BEWARE started $795 then $885 now $960 for an apartment building over 50 years old. Manager is unprofessional and rude he doesn’t keep appointments for repairs several times. The pool has been broken for 9 weeks and counting. There’s going to be different rules for different tenants such as dogs and cars allowed here so think again before getting in this trap."

"After 1 year, rent for a 2 bedroom upstairs is increasing from 805 to 945! Apartments are older. Kitchen cabinets and countertops are older. Black goopy substance in one cabinet was never cleaned prior to me moving in.. Kitchen tile is grouted over here and there. Things get painted over to make look nice. The fridge is from the 80's but other appliances are newer. Nice views around the property with the creek and trees. Pool is in desperate need of repair. Never got to use the clubhouse because of covid. The gutters need cleaning out because there has been existing damage done to the exterior walls where the wood is rotted. Staff is friendly and prompt maintenance repairs. Will I stay?...."

"I cannot say enough good and complimentary things about my living experiences here at Deer Run Apartments! The buildings/grounds/amenities are excellent and well-maintained.
