"I’ve lived at Bristol square for 18 years and the new owners have taken this property and have fixed things and renovated things that have sadly fallen into disrepair. It is awesome that when you call the office you can speak to a human being and not a recording. Our manager Carolyn is Johnny on the spot when there is an issue she is on it and you don’t have to wait for weeks and then give up when no one shows up. Carolyn is friendly and very professional and a joy to talk to. She cares. Darren and Morris are terrific maintenance men. Also friendly and professional. "The last 3 yrs it has been a nightmare. We have moved now. The rent went up 250.00 at 1 time. Going up again. The plumbing in the inner walls are horrible. They fix nothing right. They put bandaids on it. If ur heat and air go out they might fix it in a year or 2. Not even worth 300.00 a month. We moved there in 2013 it was great for a few years. Now it's a dump."
"My husband and I lived here for over 5 years and loved it. It was always quite, we had great neighbors and Terry was wonderful from day 1. She is a very caring person and was always so good to us and helped us in anyway she could. You don't find many apartment managers like her! We bought our own house is the only reason we left, miss you Terry, thanks for always being so kind and caring, we enjoyed our time there!"
