"We would like to give a huge shoutout to Vicky B for her support and guidance with an issue that we had with our pool. After we noticed a crack in our pool she was here to investigate and offer assistance. We did not want to lose any time this summer and she was able to help facilitate a partial fix to get us through the summer. We held our breath at the end of the summer worried that we may have been forgotten but NOT a chance. Vicky called and had everything set up and ready to go with all the services lined up and ready to take action. It was a seamless process and one that honestly without Vicky I am not sure it would have been as successful. It actually is just too pretty to close -but we will be ready for next summer!! Thank you so much!! Oh and she also coordinated a tile fix that was not completed when pool was built but because it was in a skimmer I let it go. I mentioned it to her and said I had the tile and 2 days later they were here to complete that job also!"
