"We worked with Stoneridge Outdoor Living to design and construct a covered deck during the waning months of the COVID pandemic. Stoneridge proved to be trustworthy and provided us a quality product. The pandemic presented many lingering problems and delays, to include supply chain issues, affecting parts and materials, and labor shortages, due to social distancing and quarantines in the manufacturing facilities. However, Stoneridge kept us informed of the status of the project, developed creative and acceptable solutions to overcome numerous Covid-related show stopping issues. Issues and concerns diminished significantly with the ease of COVID. I saw many of the lessons learned during our project incorporated into their business and construction process. Additionally, the are meeting one of my major criteria for this project and that is ongoing support. They are very responsive when I call. Having gone through a major construction project with Stoneridge during unusual circumstances, they would be one of our top choices for future work."
