"Hello I usually don’t write reviews, but what I have to say may help this property.... Brief Background: I’ve only been here for two months and wanted to wait at least three months to write this review. Overall, my experience has been ok so far, until recently…… Leasing Process/Leasing Agent: My leasing agent was Hector Sandoval. Hector was pleasant and refreshing to speak to during my pre-leasing and leasing process! He is deeply knowledgeable and communicates effectively. Not to mention Ta’Nye (spelling) is great also as well when Hector is unavailable. I would like someone from the corporate office to contact me ASAP to go further into details!!!! What I have to say will be very long length."

"Today the Assistant Manager Ms.(Nicole Hicks) helped me by waiving our late fees. I have met her couple of times and she is always kind, quick, and thorough. She goes up and beyond with everything and does it with a smile. Her expertise and knowledge is outstanding. The most important thing about her is that she is so friendly, humble and respects all of her tenants. Thank you Ms.Nicole for the excellent job you’re doing! Note: I have talked to some residents and all of them are super happy from Ms.Nicole. Wish you best of the best. Ahmad alamyar"

"I’ve been living at at morningside for almost 4 years due to job relocation I have to end my lease if it wasn’t for that I would gladly renew with them. The new leasing staff are amazing specially Mr. Lamont and Ms.Ta’ Nye super helpful and great attitude. For my experience with dealing with leasing staff that is a first. It’s sad I won’t be able to continue leasing with Morningside Apartments knowing that know they have great customer service and positive attitude staff."

"I’m a current resident! This is the second time my package is gone! I saw the package bag torn out on the ground! An apartment building with no security camera and a safe enternece is not something that you feel safe in. I have seen people from outside coming into the building smoking or eating at midnights. I am very sad about my horrible experience because I have conveyed my concern via the resident application but nobody has got back to me! I hope the property takes a prompt action by installing security cameras and a safe door lock that is accessible only by residents. Also, the door"

"I beg that everyone interested in moving here please just completely look in a different direction. This apartment complex is over ran by mouses in the rooms, and rats scurry every night when you leave to walk to your car. It might look as a well place three story apartment complex but it is flat out filthy. If you have a large dog don’t even bother. We have a large brown dog and every kid and family will try to in some way mess, taunt, or flat out scream at your animal. Yesterday I got home and my car had been hit and not a single person could help me, the property manager wouldn’t even take 15 seconds out of his day to tell me he apologizes for it happening on his property. The property manager is Lamont and is a flat out crook that tries to get money from anyone in anyway. I wanted to move out and I put in our lease termination and he said they never got it and tried to “honor” that he would only charge us 12 extra days which was 1200$ because he couldn’t find it. But my wife stood strong and found it and then Lamont came back saying that we shouldn’t have made a complaint that he is negligent. He flat out is. He could care less what happens to you when you move here, because he has you 400$ over the market apartment rent. Finally, the AC is trash it barely will get 70 degrees and that’s on a cool day. I beg that anyone looking here just respectfully please turn around and go anywhere else but to the complexes."
